At PostShop, we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items you have purchased. This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased on PostShop, on behalf of our sellers. It also sets out when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.
Registration and Account
Subject to the rules set out in this Returns & Refunds Policy, sellers on PostShop offer returns for most items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the returns period has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You may return items purchased on PostShop within the returns period, for the reasons listed below.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns of certain product categories for health and hygiene reasons…

- Before returning an item, please check our Return conditions, stated in above, to
make sure your item is eligible for return.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after its
reception.
If your return meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated via our Online.

- For defective items, note that you have 7 days to return your product. After this
period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the
product has a Warranty. - For all approved return application (including every return reason), customer needs to return the products to the nearest Post office within 7 days, otherwise
return(refund) cannot be executed - We will arrange at a fee a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you
submit the return request. Note that for Pick- ups we will make one (1) scheduled
attempts. However, after one pick – up attempts, you are obliged to return product to the nearest Post office. - We only support return & replacement application, and do not support refund service yet.
